About Intellectual Property Ontario (IPON)
Established by the Government of Ontario in 2022, IPON is a provincial agency that provides trusted intellectual property (IP) support and services to enable Ontario businesses and researchers to innovate and grow. IPON works directly with innovators and postsecondary institutions to help them better understand how to protect and maximize the value of their IP, strengthen their capacity to compete in the market, and advance the province’s economic growth.

IPON logos are available for media and editorial use. For use in reports, presentations, marketing materials, or other communications, please contact IPON for approval. The IPON logo package includes English, French, and bilingual logos in black and white versions, available in PNG, JPG and SVG formats.
Visual identity
IPON’s Visual Identity Guidelines provide best practices for using IPON’s logo, colours, fonts, photography, illustrations, icons and other brand elements to ensure all communications are consistent, accessible and aligned with AODA requirements.
